Projects and Project Implementation are an important function of Biosphere Reserve activities, both from the perspective of pilot and demonstration projects as well as for developmental purposes.

Below, are two documents, the first being a document drawn up by UNESCO that outlines guiding principles for suitable projects within biosphere reserves/ regions as per biosphere principles and strategies.

The second document has been drawn up by K2C and specifically relates to project management within K2C itself as well as offering information and templates for various documents etc that are required to assist project planning, implementation and further development.

The K2C Biosphere will often enter into potential projects with partnership organisations or individuals.  K2C’s involvement may be on different levels and for different purposes.  This MoA will assist in outlining this as well as outlining inputs and expectations within the partnership
